Privacy Policy

We collect account info, business profile data you provide, website audit data and usage logs to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data. Payment data is handled by our payment processor; we never store card numbers. You may request export or deletion by contacting support. Current subprocessors: Render (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (DNS and email forwarding). AI and email-sending providers will be listed here before they are enabled. Analytics: we record first-party page and sign-up funnel events (and campaign tags such as utm_source) in our own database; we use no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. AI features

Which features use AI. These features are designed to use AI and automation: the support chatbot, website audits, content drafts, and AI-platform visibility sampling (asking AI assistants questions about local services and recording whether and how your business is mentioned or cited).

What is enabled today. No third-party AI provider is currently enabled. The chatbot is rule-based, audits are performed by our own automated crawler, and content drafts are generated from templates filled with the facts you verify. Nothing is sent to an AI provider.

When AI providers are enabled. We will list each provider here before activation. Planned providers: OpenAI, xAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic, and Perplexity. Data sent: for content drafts — your business name, services, service areas and verified business facts; for visibility sampling — search-style questions (e.g., service + city), your business name, website and competitor names, used to analyze responses; for the chatbot (if AI-enabled) — the text of your chat message. We do not send passwords, payment details or analytics credentials to AI providers.

No training by us. We do not use customer data to train AI models. Where providers offer settings to exclude API data from training, we will use them; provider handling is governed by their API terms.

Retention. Audit results, content drafts, AI sample records and chat logs are kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within 90 days after account closure, unless law requires longer. Backups roll off on the provider's schedule.

Human review. Content is never published to your website without your approval, and published changes are recorded with backups so they can be rolled back.

Opt-out and contact. You can ask us to disable AI-generated drafts or AI sampling for your account (we will use templates and manual work instead) or ask questions about AI use by contacting support via the Support page.

Planned: phone support. If we add phone support, calls may be handled by an AI phone assistant and may be recorded. Callers will be told at the start of the call that they are speaking with an automated assistant and whether the call is recorded, with the option to reach a person, as required by applicable law. This feature is not active.
